Back in the Day: I had a quarter life crisis, headed to Osaka, Japan for the unknown–only to discover that a passport plane ride are not necessarily a ticket to escape. Some Years Later: Settled back in Oz, the man of my dreams ended up in Tokyo for work–which is how a passport and plane ride showed me home is where the heart is. B-Kei: The Next Generation

Hanging out in Amemura, Osaka, last weekend. Have a look at this posse and a half!


These kids are all about the B-Kei, the Hip Hop influenced style genre in Japan. Am loving the attitude the two book-ends are giving. And what were they doing? Just hanging out, looking good which is what you are supposed to do on a Saturday night anyway.
