Rainbow Cash

The boy and I checked out Palette Town about 2 weeks ago. Palette Town is on the Rinko Line, which runs out of Shin-Kiba station on our way into Tokyo Town. Palette Town also happens to sit opposite another shopping mall aptly titled "Joypolis."

Palette Town consists of a shopping mall, a "high-tech" Toyota Show room (oh wow, look at the Landcruiser kids!) and Daikanransha - one of the largest ferris wheel's in the world. Naturally!

Daikanransha was bright, bold and beautiful. It was also fairly empty, and we were there on a balmy Saturday night.

Japanese white elephants are exceptionally pretty at anytime of the year, and are really not as rare as everyone thinks.
